Appropriate for all levels of students, this gentle morning class will help you unwind and prepare you for the week ahead. New to yoga? This class is recommended for beginners too.

Cancellation Policy

Our program is set up to only allow bookings up to 12 hours in advance. If you would like to schedule a healing session or a yoga class after this timeframe please call or text us directly 508-552-1699. We also adhere to a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. Out of respect for our hard working practitioners we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours ahead of time if you will no longer be able to attend your appointment. No call, no shows will be charged 50% of the total cost of services.
