About the event
This is an opportunity to relax the mind while tuning the body. In person sound has been shown to drain the lymphatic system, reduce pain levels, reduce stress, aid insomnia, and help to process trauma. Sound begins shortly after 7pm and lasts 1 hour, please arrive with enough time to settle yourself, breath and dance to some healing tunes. There will be some time hydrate and talk after the deditation. Hope to see you there!
